Sunday!

What do most of you do on Sun? I love Sunday; i sleep until i wake up naturally, then eat breakfast, then laze around, pack orders to be mailed on Monday, watch tv, etc etc.

Anyway, my face has gotten a bit better. During the weekdays, I tried to let my face "breathe" and not put any more makeup on it. Yes, I go out with a lot of redness on my face to scare people! Hahaha...no lah, it's a lot better now for me to accept and to go out without makeup. But if I'm still meeting my friends, I'll still put a bit :P hehee...

Thurs I had dinner with a few poly mates. Quite nice, but the food wasnt fantastic! haha...But it was nice to see them again and just to chit chat. Adam has done lasik!!! My goodness, I'm still very afraid to do it. My aunts have done it and they are so happy with it, adam said he's also very happy with the results.

I'm still contemplating.....hehee...I'm a scary cat! :P But I've been wanting to go for the Bate's method seminar, where they talked about natural healing of the eyes. It does make sense acutally, all parts of our body can heal itself, why not the eyes? It's just that we've been relying on the "eye clutches" that it makes it harder and almost impossible for the eyes to heal.

I have the pin hole glasses and I use them every now and then. It's really amazing I feel, like I would wear it for maybe 20mins then after that, when I put back my glasses, the vision becomes clearer! I also don't quite understand. I bought the book by the author and read it through, but it's a little too technical for me to understand :P

Later I'm off to church, and today my dear friend Roger is going with me! ^_^
